We have some exciting news! We have introduced a new NFC (Near Field Communication) payment feature for accepting payments from clients using their Visa cards after completing a trip. This feature will make transactions faster and more convenient for both you and our valued clients. In the Pilot phase, you have been selected to take part in the pilot phase so we can know the experience and address any challenges that may be experienced.

To use the NFC feature for Visa card payments, follow these simple steps:

  1. Activate NFC on your phone: Turn on NFC in your device’s settings. If you need help with this, reach out to our support team.
  2. Confirm NFC payments from clients: Once the trip is complete, confirm if the client is paying using NFC with their Visa card.
  3. Position your phone correctly: Place the client’s Visa or Mastercard at the back of your NFC-enabled phone. Hold the card in that position for a short while for a successful connection.
  4. Wait for the payment confirmation: Once the connection is established, the payment confirmation will be displayed on your screen. Verify that the payment amount is correct before proceeding.
  5. Confirm successful payment: After the payment is confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on your screen. You can confirm the transaction from your Driver statement.
