To ensure our customers can receive essential medical care during curfew hours, Little has partnered with 11 hospitals and PharmAccess Foundation (under the MOMCARE initiative) to enable Little customers across Nairobi to request for a Little ride for free up to Ksh 600 to partner hospitals between 7 PM-5 AM.

Little customers can now access the FREE rides of up to Ksh600 per ride to the below hospitals;

This service dubbed Little Care enables customers with health complications to access medical services, without having to worry about moving to the facility, during curfew hours.

  • Little transports customers who work in the essential services category, past curfew hours. This would also apply to customers who need transport to partner hospitals when in need of medical attention.
  • This service only applies for partner hospitals.
  • You can request for Little cab services if you wish to leave the hospital using the Promo Code LITTLEEMERGENCY
  • This service is free up to Ksh 600 per ride and can be used twice. This allows you to ride to the hospital for free up to Ksh600 and ride back home from the hospital for free up to Ksh 600.
  • This emergency transport service will apply until the Government of Kenya lifts the 7PM curfew.
  • Currently, this service is only available in Nairobi.
  • We advise you to consult a medic if you are in a critical condition before ordering for Little Emergency services. Our Little Emergency services transport customers in manageable emergencies to the mentioned hospitals.
  • Little takes no liability for unfortunate outcomes such as a worsened condition, or loss of personal property or loss of life, that may occur when in transit to the hospital. As a ride-hailing company, we offer a platform that connects customers requesting for cab services from Little partner drivers.
  • We advise all clients using this service to be accompanied to the hospital by someone that will be able to assist them.

  • Can I be picked up by Little past curfew hours?

Yes. This service applies during curfew hours, from 7 PM-5 AM

Currently, Little transports customers who work in the essential services category, during curfew hours. 

  • Am I also going to be dropped home after been attended to at the partner hospital?

Yes. This service applies for two rides (each ride valid for Ksh 600 each), and this enables a customer to use the service to go back home.

  • How long will you offer this service?

This emergency transport service will apply for two months or until the Government of Kenya declares COVID-19 contained in the country, hence lifting the imposed curfew. 

  • Where can I find this service?

Currently, this service is available in Nairobi. However, we are still engaging more hospitals in other Counties to offer this service.

  • In the event a patient is in a critical condition and requires medical attention on the spot, will you have a medic on-site or to coordinate with a medic over the phone?

We advise you to consult a medic if you are in a critical condition before ordering for the service. Our Little Care service applies to customers in manageable conditions to the mentioned hospitals.

  • If a customer passes on in the Little cab, who is liable for this?

Little takes no liability for any accident that may occur while using the service; This can include; Loss of personal property,  loss of life, or any unexpected occurrence. As a ride-hailing company, we offer a platform that connects customers requesting for cab services from Little partner drivers.
