We are ever enhancing safety and hygiene measures to ensure our customers are served with the highest standards. This also includes how our customers pay for their Little services.

We have partnered with Safaricom to offer our customers a 5% cashback relief for each ride they pay using MPESA. The campaign aims at encouraging Kenyans to adopt cashless payments, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. When a customer pays for a ride using MPESA within the Little app, a 5% value of the trip will be refunded in the form of Little coins, to the customer’s Little wallet. This allows customers to maintain contact-less transactions while engaging with different services offered in the app.

Little is the only ride-hailing company in Kenya to have integrated with MPESA to enable customers to pay using MPESA directly from the app, without having to switch between the Little app and MPESA toolkit. This ensures customers enjoy seamless payment experiences while interacting with the Little app.

The campaign will run for the entire month of August and is expected to see an increase in digital payments by 60%.

How to pay for a Little ride using M-PESA.

Step 1: As you request for a trip, select MPESA as the preferred payment mode
Step 2: At the end of the trip, the M-PESA STK push message will appear on your screen, prompting you to input your M-PESA password. The money will be deducted from your M-PESA wallet.
Step 3: You will receive a notification informing you of your 5% reward which will be deposited in your Little wallet.
